Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the operational management body of the Group. It is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and is composed of the Chief Executives of the Group’s operating divisions and of the support functions.

The Executive Committee examines and approves questions and decisions relating to the Group’s strategy and general organization. It adopts the policies and procedures set for general application for the Group as a whole.
