Shareholder Guide

Share holding method:

Your shares can be registered in a share account in your name under one of the following formats: bearer shares, registered shares in its name maintained by a bank, or registered shares in its name maintained by the Company.

Bearer shares

Your shares are registered at the financial intermediary of your choice. You may then regroup all of the shares in your portfolio under the same account.

In this respect, you are only temporarily identified by the Company (during enquiries concerning bearer shares carried out by Euroclear France) and therefore don’t receive an invitation to take part in the Annual General Meeting.

Registered shares in its name maintained by the Company

Your shares are registered and deposited in the Share Service account of the financial intermediary mandated by the Company to handles its nominative shares service:

BNP Paribas Securities Services
Grands Moulins de Pantin – Corporate Trust Services
Relations Actionnaires BUREAU VERITAS
9, rue du Débarcadère
93761 PANTIN CEDEX
0 826 109 119
+33 (0)1 55 77 40 57

You are identified by the Company and are therefore invited to take part in the Annual General Meeting.

You benefit from free custody fees and a double voting right attributed to all shares fully settled and for which a nominative inscription can be justified, for at least two years, in the name of the same shareholder.

Registered shares in its name maintained by a bank

Your shares are registered as for shares handled directly by the issuer, but they are deposited at the intermediary of your choice.

You benefit from the same advantages as for shareholders whose ownership is handled directly by the Company with the exception of free custodian fees.
